Too often, employers violate workers’ rights and get away with it. We’re working to make it easier to enforce the law and get justice.

Future of Worker Advocacy

Many workers are able to get excellent advocates when they need it, but too many do not have access to justice. We need to strengthen the pipeline of worker advocates and make it more diverse.
