Too often, employers violate workers’ rights and get away with it. We’re working to make it easier to enforce the law and get justice.

Stronger Advocacy

Workers deserve justice, and we help create more skilled advocates who can earn their trust and fight for their rights.

Our Approach

The National Institute for Workers’ Rights conducts research, educates the public, supports policymakers, and trains advocates. If we can better enforce workplace law, we can build worker power and make it more likely that workers are treated with dignity and respect.
