Below are job opportunities at The Employee Rights Advocacy Institute For Law & Policy (The Institute).

The Paul H. Tobias Attorney Fellowship Program

Paul H. Tobias is the founder and first Executive Director of the National Employment Lawyers Association (NELA), The Institute’s sister organization, and has inspired countless employee rights advocates for over fifty years through his ongoing, pioneering contributions to the field of plaintiffs’ employment law. To cultivate the next generation of employee rights advocates, The Paul H. Tobias (PHT) Attorney Fellowship Program offers a new lawyer who embodies Paul’s spirit the opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects at NELA and The Institute.

On August 2nd, The Institute welcomed our new Paul H. Tobias Attorney Fellow, Corinne Williams. Corinne is a recent graduate of the Louisiana State University Paul M. Hebert Law Center. Corinne is a passionate advocate for workers’ rights, racial justice, and equity.

While in law school, Corinne was a student attorney in the juvenile defense clinic and expanded her work with youth by mounting a multifaceted campaign to remove the names of Confederate officials from school buildings in New Orleans.

Corinne will be working in our Washington, DC office and can be reached at cwilliams@employeerightsadvocacy.org.
